Hydraulic Lift : Some Useful Information |
1. Hydraulic platform should be operated by a control system and should be a step-wise control type.
2. Extension of boom should be prevented before all legs contact surface.
3. Hydraulic platform should be prevented from moving when the pump is in operation.
4. All moving parts should be provided with safety valves.This is very important for the safety of your hydraulic lift.
5. Bucket should be electrically isolated.
6. Bucket should be prevented from moving when it is loaded over 250 kg.
7. Emergency stop button should be located both at the bucket and main unit.
