Hydraulic Services
A hydraulic system may lose up to 20% of its performance before an experienced operator notices. These "invisible" efficiency losses can have a big long-term impact on your operating costs, not to mention how repairing complicated hydraulic systems can be expensive. Keeping your systems operating efficiently can save you both time and money. Our Custom Hydraulic Service (CHS) agreement is designed to keep the hydraulic system on your machine operating at peak efficiency.
During a hydraulic service, a complete inspection is performed by our professional, establishing the condition of your hydraulic system. We visually check for leaks and damage, drift test all cylinders, check cycle times, relief valve setting, pump flow, and steering time and slip. An inspection report is forwarded to you with the results and any recommended repairs needed to bring your machine up to original operating specs.
A CHS agreement provides two hydraulic system tune ups at 1000 and 3000 hours, and one complete hydraulic system PM service at 2000 hours. All three services are performed at your job site and include scheduled oil analysis and particle counting. You receive a complete inspection report for each service performed detailing your hydraulic system's condition.
